Health is influenced by nutrition. What could be more impactful than regularly sensitizing tomorrow's adults from a young age to a healthy and sustainable diet? We have chosen to accompany the transformation of the dietary habits of young people and influencers (supervisors, teachers, parents, etc.). The goal is to have a daily and lasting impact on their diet and dietary practices. Regular training and awareness of these audiences help anchor these habits sustainably.

Supporting the transformation of associations participating in this collective effort
The Foundation works towards the revegetation effort in nutrition through plant-based associations, especially those based on legumes, to provide low-cost protein access for the most vulnerable and reduce the carbon footprint of our plates. This work involves supporting associations committed to transforming our dietary habits.
Assiettes végétales
This association promotes the daily revegetation of meals in schools and universities, where over 1 billion meals are served each year. Considering that a quarter of an individual's carbon footprint is related to food, particularly meat consumption, this initiative would significantly contribute to reducing CO2 emissions in collective catering. Through its 'Green Plate' label, the association highlights cafeterias offering at least one vegetarian or plant-based menu per day.
Comida e Cultura
The Comida e Cultura Institute in Brazil is committed to building a more sustainable society through healthy eating. Their mission is to raise awareness about nutrition through interdisciplinary education, mainly targeting children and youth. Among their initiatives, the "Kitchen and Childhood" program aims to integrate nutritional education into school curricula in São Paulo and other Brazilian regions through teacher and nutritionist training, promoting a healthy approach to food for children and their families.
